Do you accept insurance? 

We are credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna insurance companies. See our insurance page for more details. We also offer cash pay options and packages for those who prefer or don’t have dietitian coverage under their insurance. We can also provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Where are you located?

You have the option of scheduling your appointment virtually or in-person. Our in-person appointments meet at Biltmore Park. Click here to schedule either option.  

How do I schedule an appointment? 

Under the “Schedule” tab, click on the link for the service you wish to schedule, which will connect you to our online scheduling system in Kalix. Through Kalix, you can book by day, time, or a specific dietitian. You can also filter for in-person or virtual appointments. 

After purchasing your appointment/package, you will receive an email link from Kalix with further instructions to set up your account and how to use Telehealth if applicable. 

Do you create meal plans?

We provide various tools, resources, knowledge, and insight to support your journey in eating well. In addition, we can provide a meal plan for individual participants meeting minimum visit or package requirements. 

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a little bit broader in scope than nutrition counseling and takes the stance that YOU are the expert on your life, needs, and goals. We all have training in health coaching through Wellcoaches and incorporate this into all of our sessions. In addition, we utilize motivational interviewing, strengths assessment, and a solutions-based approach to support you in making sustainable changes. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected events arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Please let us know with as much advance notice as possible if you are unable to make it to your appointment so that we can keep that time open for others who may need to be seen. If you cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we will give you the option of rescheduling your appointment or refunding the appointment amount. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will forfeit the appointment credit/amount.
