  • Becky Holmes, MS RDN, LDN, 500-RYT

    MINDFULNESS, COACHING, MOVEMENT

    Becky has been a dietitian and yoga instructor since 2014 and 2012. Her main goal is to motivate clients towards sustainable change while tapping into the joy that eating well and movement can bring. Becky's experience has primarily been working one-on-one with clients to identify their health desires and reach their goals. Additionally, she enjoys facilitating group classes around all things wellness - cooking, mindful eating, breathwork, stress-reduction, movement, and more. She believes we're all on this journey together and finds it deeply rewarding to witness the beautiful things that unfold when we take good care and support one another!

    Becky enjoys a work-life balance that provides time for running, traveling, camping, and fun alongside loved ones and her wildly energetic pups, Mr. Bo and Poppy.

  • Mary Lindsey Jackson, RDN, LDN

    PRENATAL NUTRITION, PLANT-BASED EATING, COOKING

    Mary Lindsey has worked as a dietitian since 2013, and has experience in weight management, chronic disease prevention, and health coaching. She completed the Rouxbe Plant-Based Professional culinary program and is pursuing a Master’s in Gastronomy through Boston University. She believes that food can be both nourishing and delicious and enjoys working with clients to build these skills. She has also completed training in prenatal nutrition through the Early Life Nutrition Alliance and has an interest in supporting women through pregnancy and the postpartum period. Other areas of interest include habit formation, food psychology, and the interconnectedness of lifestyle behaviors.

    Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, reading, and enjoying life with her husband and two small children.

  • Kate Moore, MHS, RDN, LDN, IFMD

    INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, CHRONIC CONDITIONS

    Kate has been a dietitian for over a decade, finding her passion for guiding individuals toward a whole-person approach to health and the benefits of small lifestyle changes. She uses her Italian heritage to take a Mediterranean approach to health and her culinary style. Her holistic approach is inspired by the Blue Zones. Kate does not believe there is a one size fits all. She is committed to better serving participants by finding what works best for each individual. Kate is eager to bring vibrant and fresh insight into your life and health needs in a manageable way!

    When she isn’t working, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, five boys, Aussie, and cat. Her family dynamic provides the experience and understanding of the balancing act that is life. She loves the outdoors, nourishing food that really tastes good, simple pleasures, and the lifelong pursuit of learning.

  • Laura Tolle, RDN, LDN, CDCES, CSOWM

    DIABETES, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, SPORTS NUTRITION

    Laura has over 20 years of experience in the field and maintains several specialty certifications, including Weight Management, Diabetes Educator, and is a Lifestyle Medicine Certified Wellcoach. She completed the Rouxbe Forks over Knives cooking course and enjoys fueling her active family with healthy food. It brings her joy to see her clients' lives thrive and increase vitality. She focuses on the whole person, meets them where they are, and works alongside them as they achieve their goals.

    Laura enjoys a work-life balance caring for her husband Troy and three boys, Chase, Gage, and Colt, who engage in all things sports! When she gets some free time, you can find her walking her Rhodesian Ridgeback, connecting with friends, and sitting by the fire or on the beach.
